Exchange eligible tools within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Processing requires 5 business days post-return, plus shipping for your replacement. You must arrange and pay for return delivery – tracking numbers are required for all returns. Refunds process in 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Special conditions: Cutting tools must have protective coatings intact, power tool batteries cannot be returned due to shipping regulations, and workshop machinery requires all factory packaging. International refunds are issued in the original transaction currency, with possible minor variations due to banking fees.
