Bond It Build-Mate Building Mastic 285ml

Build-Mate is a traditional oil-based, gunable pointing and sealing mastic that’s designed for general exterior building use, offering superior adhesion to most building surfaces, including metal and wood. It remains weatherproof in most conditions, is sag-resistant, and has low toxicity. The mastic is ideal for sealing and bedding window and door frames, maintaining low-rise building joints, seals, and flashing, as well as pointing around precast building materials. It features a self-repairing skin, does not harden under the surface, and can be over-painted with most conventional oil-based paints (compatibility should be tested before full application). Note: Not suitable for use with uPVC.
