ARDEX S27 W MICROTEC® Flexible Rapid Set Tile and Stone Adhesive White 20kg

ARDEX S 27 W is a rapid hardening and drying tile adhesive specifically designed for fixing moisture-sensitive natural stones, as well as porcelain, mosaics, fully vitrified and ceramic tiles, and rigid foam insulating materials like polystyrene in internal dry locations. Its advanced ARDEX Rapidry Technology ensures that mix water is fully bound into the hardened adhesive, significantly reducing the risk of water staining on natural stones and preventing water damage to wooden substrates. Ideal for both wall and floor tiles, including use on heated screeds, ARDEX S 27 W is particularly effective for translucent stones and situations requiring a light-colored background. Classified as C2 FTE S1 under BS EN 12004, it is recognized as an improved, fast-setting, deformable cementitious adhesive with reduced slip and extended open time, offering a tensile adhesion strength of over 1 N/mm² and an open time of up to 30 minutes.

Storage and Shelf Life: Store ARDEX S 27 W in its unopened packaging, off the ground, in a cool, dry place, and protected from drafts. When stored properly, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date indicated on the packaging.
