Mapelastic A+B is a two-component, flexible cementitious mortar specifically designed for waterproofing applications in balconies, terraces, bathrooms, and swimming pools. This mortar combines cementitious binders, finely graded aggregates, special admixtures, and synthetic polymers, creating a user-friendly mix that can be easily applied to various surfaces, even vertically, up to a thickness of 2 mm in a single coat. The cured layer exhibits exceptional flexibility, excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, ceramics, and marble, and is resistant to harsh environmental conditions, including UV rays and chemical attacks from de-icing salts, sulphates, chlorides, and carbon dioxide.
