Bond It LevelMaster Standard Self-Levelling Compound

This chloride-free, water-based cementitious flooring compound is designed to provide a level base for internal floors and serves as an ideal, cost-effective underlay for modern floor finishes. It sets hard within 2-3.5 hours depending on temperature, with floor coverings able to be applied 6-8 hours after application. The product is pre-blended, requiring only the addition of water, and is economical to use. It can be applied up to 6mm thickness and is suitable for feathering to a smooth finish. Once mixed, it must be poured onto the subfloor within 20 minutes, and the surface should be trowelled or floated to create a smooth finish. This compound can be built up in thin layers of 10-12mm, allowing each layer to fully cure before the next is applied.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture, before the date shown on the bag, when stored in unopened sacks.

Storage Conditions: Store in unopened, original bags in a dry, temperature-controlled environment, away from extremes of temperature and draughts. Keep clear of the ground at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Reseal part-used bags to maintain quality.

Coverage: Coverage depends on the condition of the subfloor, but a 20kg bag will cover approximately 3.6m² at a 3mm depth.
